Project Content: Utilizing the Xianbo Intelligent Online Central Control System for air compressors, the system immediately enters an automatic program upon startup, resulting in an 8% reduction in energy consumption.

Unilever's history in China dates back to 90 years ago, when the Lever Brothers established the China肥皂 Company on the banks of the Huangpu River in Shanghai. In 1986, Unilever returned to China, with the goal of becoming a sustainable, localized multinational company, and has made progress towards this aim. To date, Unilever has invested $2 billion in China, introduced numerous patented technologies, directly employed over 6,000 Chinese staff, and indirectly provided more than 20,000 job opportunities, paying over 2 billion RMB in taxes annually.

The compressed air station previously housed seven Atlas air compressors that operated around the clock, requiring manual management of start and stop functions.

Subjective awareness in manual operations should err on the side of abundance, avoiding energy waste.

Unstable gas supply, lack of constant pressure air supply from the air compressor, inability to monitor real-time operational data of the air compressor, and typically resorting to power on/off during emergencies, with a single solution approach.


The company has implemented the Xianbo Energy-saving Intelligent Group Network Control System, achieving centralized energy-saving control for the seven Atlas air compressors at the air compressor station.

The gas supply to the workshop is adjusted in real-time to meet the varying requirements of different situations.

2. Reduce equipment maintenance costs by scheduling the alternating operation of air compressors, preventing any single unit from operating under high load, thus maximizing the efficiency of air compressor usage.

3. Unique self-control features enable automatic activation in the event of a malfunction, ensuring safe operation of the equipment without human intervention.

4. The pairing features a comprehensive bypass design with a separate circuit path. In the event of a fault in the energy-saving equipment, it will automatically switch back to the original operating status of the air compressor, ensuring the safe operation of the air compressor without any interference.

Post-renovation operation status: The renovation has been in safe operation for over a year with no additional wear on the air compressor itself. The group network control system requires no manual management, as it automatically switches to full-programmed control upon startup, resulting in an 8% decrease in energy consumption.
