Wastewater treatment technologies are widely used both domestically and internationally, primarily categorized into two main methods: the activated sludge process and the biofilm process. Common methods such as the conventional aeration, oxidation ditch, A/B process, and A2/O process fall under the former, while the biological disc and contact oxidation process belong to the latter. The rural integrated wastewater treatment equipment combines a primary sedimentation tank, I and II stage contact oxidation tanks, a secondary sedimentation tank, and a sludge tank into one unit. Aeration is performed in the I and II stage contact oxidation tanks, effectively integrating the contact oxidation process with the activated sludge process. This combination offers the advantages of both methods while overcoming their respective drawbacks, thereby enhancing the overall wastewater treatment level.

(1) We have developed an all-new fully automatic gantry welder tailored to the welding process, capable of automatically tracking weld seams and achieving 360-degree seamless three-axis welding without any blind spots.

Each unit is equipped with two systems: one for mixed liquid recirculation and another for sludge recirculation. They can autonomously adjust the recirculation rate based on changes in water quality. Nitrogen is removed through denitrification in the mixed liquid recirculation, while the sludge recirculation ensures the bacterial population and maintains stable operation.

(3) The housing is made of carbon steel or glass fiber reinforced plastic, and is treated for corrosion resistance according to customer requirements, with a service life of over 20 years.

(4) The equipment is internally reinforced and can be installed below ground level. The surface above the equipment can be used for landscaping or other purposes, eliminating the need for construction and heating/insulation. Additionally, it can also be used above ground.

(5) Each compartment is equipped with a watering system, ensuring no short-circuiting of water flow. The pool utilization rate reaches 89.9%, which is 15%-30% higher than that without a watering system or conventional watering.

(6) The specially designed micro-porous aeration device ensures no clogging, allowing for thorough mixing of wastewater with activated sludge and dissolved oxygen. This significantly enhances the oxygen transfer efficiency and boosts the biochemical activity of the sludge.
