Many wastewater treatment technologies are adopted domestically and internationally, primarily categorized into two main methods: the activated sludge process and the biofilm process. The common aeration method, oxidation ditch process, A/B process, and A2/O process belong to the former, while the biological rotating disc and contact oxidation process are part of the latter. The integrated rural wastewater treatment equipment combines a sedimentation tank, I and II stage contact oxidation tanks, a secondary sedimentation tank, and a sludge tank into one unit. Aeration is carried out in the I and II stage contact oxidation tanks, effectively integrating the contact oxidation process with the activated sludge process, and combining the advantages of both while overcoming their drawbacks, thus further enhancing the wastewater treatment level.

(1) We have custom-designed an all-in-one gantry welding system tailored to the welding process, which can automatically track the weld seam, achieving 360-degree seamless welding with no blind spots across three axes.
Each unit is equipped with two systems: one for mixed liquid recirculation and another for sludge recirculation. They can autonomously adjust the recirculation rate based on changes in water quality. Nitrogen is removed through denitrification by the mixed liquid recirculation, and the bacterial population is maintained by the sludge recirculation, ensuring stable operation.
(3) The housing is made of carbon steel or glass fiber reinforced plastic, with anti-corrosion treatment tailored to customer requirements, ensuring a service life of over 20 years.
(4) All equipment is internally reinforced and can be buried below ground level. The surface above the equipment can be used for landscaping or other purposes, eliminating the need for construction and heating/insulation. Additionally, the equipment can also be used above ground.
(5) Each compartment is equipped with a water distribution system, ensuring no short-circuiting of water flow. The pool utilization rate reaches 89.9%, which is 15%-30% higher than without a water distribution system or conventional distribution.
(6) The specially designed microporous aeration device ensures no clogging, allowing for thorough mixing of wastewater with activated sludge and dissolved oxygen. This significantly enhances the oxygen transfer efficiency and boosts the biochemical activity of the sludge.
