The gate actuators are devices designed for the movement of gate leaves, aiming to open or close apertures. They are widely used in hydraulic and water conservancy projects. Mainly categorized into screw-type, hoisting-type, and hydraulic types, with the screw-type and hoisting-type being the most widely used. The function of the gate actuators is to operate the movement of the gate leaves. Types: screw-type, hoisting-type, hydraulic-type.
Structure: Motors, frames, gates, guards, etc. Application Fields: Hydrology and hydropower projects. Used in various large-scale water supply and drainage, and hydroelectric projects. Used for the operation of lifting and lowering large and medium-sized cast iron and steel gates to achieve the purpose of opening and closing. The gate operator includes motors, gates, frames, guards, etc.; equipped with a three-stage reduction method, powered by national spline drives for greater output torque. The gate operator's steel frame overcomes uneven civil engineering to reduce overall noise and vibration.
Our outdoor long-term operation motors are selected with a protection grade of ≥IP55. The stroke control mechanism employs a decimal counter principle, ensuring a control stroke error of 0.5%. The torque protection control is achieved by the worm shaft causing axial displacement to trigger a micro-switch, thereby activating the protection device.
