Sheet pile construction is crucial for construction support and safety, being one of the key processes in engineering projects. During construction, the following technical requirements should be noted:
Ensure the pile positions are determined, marking the specific pile positions of the steel sheet piles in order at 1-meter intervals, using a sprinkling line or paint spray to indicate.
Ensure a thorough understanding of underground pipelines and structures before driving sheet pile, carefully marking the accurate centerline of the support piles.
Prior to pile driving, each steel pipe and sheet pile must be inspected individually. Severely deformed pipes and piles are to be removed, and only those deemed不合格 are allowed to be used after being repaired.
(4) Continuously measure and monitor the tilt of each pile during the driving process, ensuring it does not exceed 2%. If the tilt is too great and cannot be corrected using the alignment pull, remove and re-drive the pile.
(5) Prior to the steel sheet pile driving construction, a trial pile must be conducted, with a minimum of 10 trial piles.
(6) During the steel sheet pile alignment construction, the pile heads must be properly and vertically positioned. Continuous monitoring is required during the pile driving process, with any issues identified and addressed promptly. The allowable deviation for pile driving is 100mm in the longitudinal plane position and -50 to 0mm in the transverse direction, with an inclination not exceeding 2%.
After excavation, the steel sheet piles must be vertical and smooth, with no severe warping, tilting, or cracking.
(8) Prior to pile driving, the ground must be leveled and all underground, ground-level, and overhead obstructions cleared. The pipelines that need to be preserved should be unearthed and protected.
During the excavation and structural construction phase, dynamic monitoring of the foundation pit's surrounding rock and support system should be conducted to identify and promptly address any issues.
