A technological barrier that can resolve the issue of concrete settlement within the steel plate silo walls due to temperature differences and humid gases, resulting in a decrease in physical properties. This design effectively controls the range within -50℃ to 160℃ of the ambient temperature in the steel plate silo environment, maintaining the physical properties of the concrete within the silo unchanged.
2: Addressed the issue of water seepage and leakage at the bottom of steel plate silos. This design incorporates secondary reinforcement with high molecular weight waterproof materials at the bottom of the steel plate silos, while the top of the silos and the foundation use corrosion-resistant waterproof materials for barrier protection. The concrete used for both the foundation and the bottom of the silos is entirely waterproof and anti-seepage. The controllable prevention scope of this design includes: a waterproofing grade of level one, and a leakage prevention range of 10,000 to 30,000 tons for steel plate silos between P8 and P12, and 50,000 to 200,000 tons between P12.
Addressing the complete discharge issue of cement within steel plate silos, this design utilizes several of our patented technologies to ensure the silos meet the requirements for on-demand and timely discharge, as well as the need for unobstructed and complete discharge. Design specifications: the discharge emptying rate for steel plate silos of 10,000-30,000 tons is over 95%.
With the advancement of industrial technology, the use of temperature-measuring devices in grain silos has made it possible to implement effective measures for safe grain storage. After adopting new grain silos, mechanical ventilation systems with ventilation pipes are installed at the bottom of the silos. Mobile fans are used for ventilation to ensure safe storage. Additionally, mobile cooling ventilation devices can maintain grain at low temperatures of 5~15℃. Steel silos are unaffected by external factors, making them a safe and effective method for grain storage. The scientific grain storage project for farmers, involving color steel plate small grain silos, is implemented with subsidies from central, provincial, municipal, and county funds, as well as farmers' self-raised funds. These silos are prone to condensation but can significantly reduce post-harvest grain losses, becoming a "treasure" for scientific grain storage in farmers' homes.
