The hydrogenation step of the blender is quite intricate; understanding the process is crucial when in use.
1. Check that all valves on the mixer are tightly closed, and direct the exhaust hose to an open, well-ventilated area.
2. Install the hydrogen gas pressure-reducing valve and nitrogen pressure valve, and after installation, check for leaks using soap and water.
3. Extract air above the liquid surface through the exhaust port using a vacuum.
4. Open the mixer's air intake valve, then open the nitrogen pressure-reducing valve, fill with nitrogen, and after achieving the internal kettle pressure, close the nitrogen and pressure-reducing valves, and shut the air intake valve. Maintain this for about two minutes, observing the pressure gauge to see if the pressure drops. Additionally, bend down and listen for any leaks from the valves and kettle cover. If no leaks are detected, gradually open the exhaust valve to release the internal pressure to 0.01 Mpa, then close the exhaust valve. Repeat this step once more.
5. Open the intake valve, activate the hydrogen pressure-reducing valve, fill hydrogen to the required pressure, close the intake valve, close the hydrogen pressure-reducing valve, and then adjust the stirrer's other parameters to the desired state for the reaction.
The hydrogenation step of the mixer is simple, highly versatile, and more convenient for everyone's choice. Welcome both new and old customers to select our products.
