A rock loader is a machine used to load ore in horizontal or inclined tunnels. Advantages: flexible and reliable operation, high ore loading productivity, suitable for geological exploration tunnels. How to choose its lubricating oil?
1. Aroma detection method
Remove the oil dipstick and give it a sniff near your nose. A strong acid smell indicates that the electric rock drill oil has gone rancid and should be replaced immediately.
2. Hand-rolling technique
By repeatedly rubbing the used engine oil between the thumb and index finger, a good quality oil feels lubricating with minimal wear particles and no friction. If you sense impurities or a gritty feeling, it's time to change the oil in the electric rock drill.
3. Color Discrimination Method
Gather a clean white filter paper and drop some used engine oil onto it. After the spare oil leaks, high-quality engine oil leaves no residue, dries smoothly by hand, and the soaked area is clearly defined.
4. Light Method
Remove the oil dipstick and hold it at a 45-degree angle. Observe the oil droplets under the light. It's good if the oil droplets are clear of any grit. If there is an excessive amount of grinding dust, replace it.
The above outlines the method for selecting rock loader oil. It is primarily used in coal mines and tunneling projects, where loading operations are performed using mining trucks or hoppers. The rock loader is versatile and reliable, boasting high production rates for loading tasks, and is widely used as a loading equipment both domestically and internationally.
