Side-discharge ore wagons are composed of movable side doors, rods, unloading curves, tilting hopper, etc. During operation, the unloading door on one or both sides is opened using the unloading curve of the unloading station for unloading. Common capacities range from 2.2 to 5.5 m3 [2]. Single-sided curve track side-discharge ore wagons: one or both sides of the hopper can be opened, assisted by the unloading point equipment.
The upper mining curve track tilts the ore car, and the pull rod opens the side door for unloading.
