Pipe jacking technology is a non-open-cut pipeline construction technique used in municipal construction. However, there are also drawbacks to pipe jacking technology, such as longer construction time and higher project costs.
The compact scraper is primarily used for narrow-hole mining operations in coal, phosphate, iron, copper, gold, silver, lead-zinc mines, as well as in tunnel engineering for railways, highways, water conservancy, and national defense projects. It integrates the functions of a robotic arm with conveyors, slag removal, and loading systems, and is produced with an electro-hydraulic control system, featuring safety, environmental protection, low energy consumption, and high efficiency. The compact scraper includes five main functions: hydraulic walking, harvesting, conveying, loading, and bottom cleaning. The hydraulic walking function is driven by hydraulic motors, reducers, and drive shafts, which power the wheels through additional reducers. The hydraulic motors operate in three modes: forward, reverse, and automatic braking. The mining collection function is performed by a robot, with the mechanical arm capable of mining, boom movement, loading, and unloading. The large arm can be rotated up, down, and left, right. The mining collection operation is hydraulically controlled, operated by six handles, each controlling two actions, totaling 12 actions. This technology combines with the operation process improvement of large excavators, making it easy to use and operate. The conveying and loading functions are handled by the conveyor system, with the conveyor frame controlled for lifting and lowering by hydraulic cylinders.
