CCG Explosion-Proof Diesel Engine Locomotive
CCG Intrinsically Safe Diesel Engine Overview
The CCG explosion-proof diesel locomotive is a track-type medium and small-sized traction vehicle powered by an explosion-proof diesel engine. It is suitable for underground coal mines with the risk of gas and coal dust explosions. It features mobility, flexibility, ease of operation, comfort, low cost, and low labor intensity. The CCG explosion-proof diesel locomotive is equipped with an exhaust purification unit to eliminate pollution and ensure a good working environment.
CCG Explosion-Proof Diesel Locomotive Features
The overall structure is a "bulge" shape, stable and powerful.
2. The driving control cabin is centrally positioned in the machine, offering an expansive view and high safety.
3. Clamping disk pneumatic-powered hoist braking system, easy to operate, with strong braking force.
4. Sanding system with pneumatic actuation structure, easy to operate, and reliable in performance.

Safety Operation Procedures for Diesel Engine Drivers of Explosion-Proof Vehicles
Explosion-proof diesel locomotive drivers must undergo training and pass the exam before they can be employed to operate.
2. Proficient in the structure, performance, working principle, technical characteristics, and safety protection devices of explosion-proof diesel locomotives, capable of independent operation.
3. We can promptly identify the causes of general faults in explosion-proof diesel locomotives on standard gauge tracks and take appropriate measures to eliminate them.
4. Operation must comply with signal instructions; a start signal must be given before commencing the journey. It is strictly prohibited to stick the head or body out of the vehicle during train operation, and it is forbidden for the driver to operate the vehicle outside the vehicle.
5. Before each shift, the various protections of the locomotive must be inspected and tested. The brakes, lights, horn, linkage, and sanding equipment of the locomotive must all be in normal working condition; any item that is not functioning properly must be repaired before the locomotive can be used.
6. Do not leave your post without permission. It is strictly prohibited to leave the driver's seat while the vehicle is in motion or before it comes to a complete stop. When temporarily leaving your post, ensure the vehicle is parked properly and remove the key to carry it with you.
7. When confirming yard shunting operations and the need for a locomotive to push a train, it is strictly prohibited to push on a different track or to push without a coupling chain.
8. When realigning derailment trucks by locomotive traction or pushing, reliable measures such as the use of realigners should be in place.
9. Contact signals for the trailing worker are whistles: one blast to stop, two blasts for the locomotive to move towards the trailing worker, and three blasts for the locomotive to move away from the trailing worker.
10. Adhere to relevant regulations and policies; abstain from alcohol before and during work, remain on duty without taking breaks, and do not engage in activities unrelated to work.
