A mining winch is a transport equipment used in mining areas, suitable for both open-pit mining and underground mining levels. The mining winch has a large transport distance of about 100 meters and can move ore or waste material to designated locations through either remote or close-range operation.
Whether at ground-level mines or underground shafts, ore or slag filling can be accomplished with a scraper winch. The scraper winch operates in a horizontal scraper mode and does not support lifting to different heights. Of course, it can also be used for transportation on slopes with a slight inclination, but the effect is not as good as on level ground.
The structure of the mining winch consists of the body, bucket, drum, pulley, steel wire, and several major components. The operator of the mining winch can manually control it from within the cabin, or remotely operate it within an effective range using buttons on the mining winch remote control. The working principle of the mining winch is that after the winch motor is normally started, the internal gears rotate, controlling the gears, drums, buckets, and steel wires, enabling the buckets on the winch to perform back-and-forth transportation tasks.
