Coal and gangue haul trucks, personnel carriers, vehicles for transporting materials and equipment. Divided by unloading methods into fixed-bogie haul trucks, dump trucks, underflow haul trucks, side-dump haul trucks, hopper trains, and shuttle cars (see Shuttle Cars).
Tipping Dump Truck: The truck body features a V or U-shaped cross-section, supported on the flip tracks of the chassis. The truck body tips on these tracks for unloading. The tipping dump truck (also known as a side-dump truck or simply a dump) is primarily composed of the following components: truck body, chassis, cushioned truck collision head, triple loop chains, truck pinwheel axle, and wheels, etc. The features of the tipping dump truck include a simple and robust structure, ease of use, and the ability to easily unload materials by manually opening the locking plate. The shapes are U and V types, and they can also be called drum dump trucks. The wheel axles use roller bearings, effectively reducing operating resistance, making it easy to be pulled or pushed by a locomotive or human force. The bearings are solid and hollow shafts, with the 30313 bearing having a solid shaft diameter of 80mm. The truck is made of steel plates, with a thickness of 4-5mm, and can be custom made to special requirements. The base is made of 14# channel steel. It consists of a V or U-shaped cross-section truck body, manual or foot pedal linkage, flip tracks, and the chassis. The truck body tips for unloading and repositioning by shifting the heavy load center of gravity from loaded to unloaded. Common volumes range from 0.6 to 1.7 cubic meters [2].
