The sand pump bearing's excessive wear or improper assembly has led to friction between the stator and rotor, resulting in damage to the iron core surface. This has further caused short circuits between the silicon steel sheets of the washing sand machine, increasing the magnetic selection machine's damage, and leading to excessive temperature rise in the motor. At this point, fine files and other tools should be used to remove burrs, eliminate the short circuit between the silicon steel sheets, clean the area thoroughly, and then apply insulating paint, followed by heating and drying.

②While dismantling the old winding on the sand pump, excessive force was applied, causing the pump's channel to tilt and spread outward. At this point, the sand pump should be repaired using tools such as needle-nose pliers and wooden mallets, realigning the teeth and inserting hard insulating materials like green shell paper and plywood between the gaps in the silicon steel sheets that are difficult to realign.

③The sand dredger experienced surface rust on the iron core due to dampness and other reasons. At this point, it is necessary to sandpaper the surface clean, then coat it with insulating paint after cleaning.

④ High heat is generated around the group grounding, which can burn the iron core bracket or teeth. Use chisels or scrapers to clean off the slag and then coat with insulating paint before drying.

⑤ The core and base of the sand dredger's sand separator may become loose, which can be tightened by拧紧the original positioning screws. In case the positioning screws on the sand dredger fail, re-drill the positioning holes on the base and tap them, then tighten the positioning screws.
