Method for treating air leakage in liquid argon storage tanks:
1. Immediately cease the supply of liquid argon, activate the blow-off drain, and promptly notify dispatch to send fire and rescue personnel to the scene of the accident.
2. Immediately cordoned off the liquid argon storage tank, prohibiting entry into the hazardous area and establishing a security zone to prevent unauthorized access; be vigilant against static and ignition sources, and immediately remove flammable materials from the surrounding area. Do not use sawdust or other combustible absorbents, and never spray water directly onto the liquid. In case of liquid argon leakage, use an oxygen alarm gauge for continuous testing to prevent asphyxiation, and ensure good ventilation; never spray water directly onto the liquid.
3. Preventive measures for liquid argon storage tanks often result in frostbite incidents. Proper protective gear, including self-contained breathing apparatus, must be worn; in case of frostbite, immediately clean the area with water, do not remove clothing, and seek medical treatment promptly.
