A membrane structure has been added above the wastewater pond, isolating the emitted gases from the air within. Exhaust outlets have been added to the protective cover, and ventilation pipes installed. The gases are then channeled into an exhaust gas purification tower. To enhance gas collection, a glass fiber reinforced plastic fan is installed in front of the tower, drawing the gases into the tower. Inside the tower, the gases undergo two-stage spraying. If the gases are acidic, alkaline solutions are circulated for absorption; if alkaline, acidic solutions are used for absorption by spraying. The exhaust gas treatment efficiency exceeds 90%, with emissions meeting national standards.
The ingenuity of the steel-supported inverted UV film structure lies in its "inverted suspension." The seven-color film employs highly corrosion-resistant fluorocarbon fiber film to encase the exhaust gases, while the steel structure suspends the film externally. This not only utilizes the UV film's corrosion resistance but also fundamentally resolves the corrosion issue caused by the steel structure's contact with corrosive gases. As a result, the steel structure can be designed considering the anti-corrosion level of standard building steel structures, boasting a 50-year service life. It leverages the performance of the steel structure and achieves a combination of the structural frame and covering material.
