Fluidized Bed Boiler Flue Gas Steam Atomization SNCR Denitrification Process Equipment

A circulating fluidized bed boiler is a commonly used equipment in wet industrial production. The treatment of boiler flue gas is a key aspect of environmental protection. The SNCR denitrification process equipment of the circulating fluidized bed boiler flue gas steam atomization method operates by injecting its specialized reductant (such as ammonia or urea solution) into the high-temperature zone of the boiler furnace (850-1100℃) through steam atomization technology, achieving a kind of environmental protection flue gas treatment equipment that reduces nitrogen oxides (NOx). This process combines the characteristics of the circulating fluidized bed boiler, optimizing the atomization efficiency of the reductant and the denitrification effect.

Principle of Steam Nitrogen Oxide Removal (SNCR) Technology

The SNCR (Selective Non-Catalytic Reduction) technology principle involves using steam atomization technology to atomize the reductant into fine droplets, which are then uniformly sprayed into the high-temperature zone of 850 to 1100°C within the boiler furnace. Here, they undergo a certain non-catalytic reduction reaction with the NOx in the flue gas, resulting in the formation of nitrogen and water. The core reaction equation for this denitrification process is:

Ammonia Reducer: 4NO + 4NH₃ + O₂ → 4N₂ + 6H₂O

Urea Reducer: NO + NO₂ + 2NH₃ → 2N₂ + 3H₂O
