DDM, DDZ Series Product Introduction

The DDM model pump is a horizontal, multi-stage segmented, centrifugal slurry pump designed for long-distance transportation of slurry or mine drainage. The solid particle size of the medium does not exceed 2mm, the weight concentration does not exceed 20%, and the water temperature does not exceed 80°C.

The impeller of the pump is arranged in a back-to-back symmetrical setup, eliminating the balancing mechanism. No auxiliary clear water pump is required for balancing during operation. The overflow components are made of cast steel. All wear-prone areas are coated with wear-resistant alloys, thus featuring high efficiency, wear resistance, and a long service life.

The DDZ type pump is an upgraded version of the DDM type pump, with twice the pressure-bearing capacity of the DDM type pump, capable of reaching an inlet pressure of 10MPa, and can be used for hydraulic coal mining pressure boosting. Both pumps have the same installation dimensions and interchangeable wearing parts, achieving the effect of multi-functional use with one machine. The pump can operate continuously for 5,000 hours under harsh water conditions (solid particles of 30g/L, particle size ≤0.5mm).
