LG Product Series Introduction

The LG high-level feed pump is a vertical, single-suction, multi-stage segmented centrifugal pump, mainly used for conveying media such as clean water or liquid media with physical and chemical properties similar to clean water, with a maximum allowable temperature of 80°C for the conveyed media.

This pump is designed for vertical installation, featuring flow rates of 3-162 m² and a head of 20-240 meters. The motor shaft is connected to the pump shaft via a claw coupling, offering advantages such as compact structure, low noise, and minimal floor space. It is primarily used for high-rise building water supply, as well as for industrial and commercial water supply and drainage, and low-pressure boiler circulating water. The main components include the base, middle section, and rear section, all made of cast iron, with the pump shaft being made of high-quality alloy structural steel. The sealing device uses soft packing or mechanical sealing. Operating conditions include a maximum working pressure of 2.4 Mpa and a static test pressure of 3.6 Mpa. The main applications include water supply for high-rise building living, fire protection, heating, and air conditioning systems.
