Gasoline (Fuel) Thermal Oil Boiler, fueled by gas, fuel oil, or ethanol, utilizes thermal oil as the heat transfer medium. It serves as a high-temperature heat source suitable for environments below 350°C, featuring high temperature, low pressure, and high thermal energy efficiency. This product also offers optional steam generators to produce saturated steam below 1.3 MPa for customer use.
This boiler features intelligent control for exceptionally convenient and simple operation. The controller utilizes a simulated screen display, with centralized processing control, and includes features such as automatic ignition and shutdown program control, automatic combustion control, automatic switching and control of the circulation pump, and automatic fault handling and alarm.
Structural Features
Utilizing a wet-back internal combustion three-pass structure, the boiler's top features a header tube, effectively preventing direct flame radiation to the rear wall, increasing the radiant heating surface area, and enhancing the boiler's thermal efficiency.
2. Operates with a slight positive pressure, effectively enhancing the combustion intensity within the furnace, resulting in a smaller volume for boilers of the same capacity and improving their thermal efficiency.
3. Employing EDA technology, we meticulously calculate the furnace structure dimensions and flue gas flow rates, optimizing the full utilization of flame and flue gas heat exchange to ensure reliable boiler operation and adequate cooling.
4. Utilizing condensation technology, effectively reduces the exhaust smoke temperature.
5. Utilizing rational structural design and superior fire-resistant and thermal-insulating materials, significantly reduces the surface temperature of the furnace, keeping it below 50 degrees Celsius (exceeding national standards), thereby minimizing heat loss.
6. New design adopted to reduce harmful emissions during fuel combustion, particularly nitrogen oxide emissions, in compliance with the nation's low nitrogen oxide emission standards.
7. Utilizing imported burners from multiple internationally renowned brands, suitable for various application scenarios, ensuring quality and safety.
