Gasoline (Fuel) Thermal Oil Boiler, fueled by gas, fuel oil, or ethanol, using thermal oil as the heat transfer medium, serving as a high-temperature heat source suitable for various environments below 350℃. This product boasts high temperature, low pressure, and high thermal energy utilization efficiency. Optional steam generators are also available, capable of producing saturated steam below 1.3MPa for customer use.

This boiler features intelligent control for particularly easy and simple operation. The controller features a simulated screen display, centralized processing control, and includes automatic ignition and shutdown program control, automatic combustion control, automatic switching and control of the circulating pump, as well as automatic fault handling and alarm functions.

【Structural Features】

The boiler utilizes a wet-back three-pass internal combustion structure, featuring a top header pipe at the boiler's top, effectively preventing direct flame radiation to the rear wall, thereby increasing the radiant heating surface area and enhancing the boiler's thermal efficiency.

2. Operating under micro-positive pressure, it effectively enhances the combustion intensity in the furnace, making the same capacity boiler smaller in size and improving its thermal efficiency.

3. Utilizing EDA technology, we meticulously calculate the furnace structure dimensions and flue gas flow rates, optimally utilizing flame and flue gas heat exchange to ensure reliable boiler operation and adequate cooling.

4. Utilizes condensation technology to effectively reduce the temperature of exhaust smoke.

5. Utilizing reasonable structural design and superior fire-resistant and thermal insulation materials, significantly reduces the surface temperature of the furnace, keeping it below 50 degrees Celsius (exceeding national standards), thereby minimizing heat loss.

6. Featuring a new design to reduce harmful emissions during fuel combustion, particularly nitrogen oxide emissions, in compliance with the national low nitrogen oxide emission standards.

7. Utilizing imported burners from multiple internationally renowned brands, suitable for various application scenarios, ensuring both quality and safety.
