Gas (Oil) Thermal Conductive Oil Boilers, fueled by gas, oil, or ethanol, use thermal conductive oil as the heat transfer medium. They serve as a high-temperature heat source for environments below 350℃ and feature high temperature, low pressure, and high thermal energy utilization. Optional steam generators are available for producing saturated steam of up to 1.3MPa for customer use.
This boiler features intelligent control for particularly easy and simple operation. The controller features a simulated screen display, centralized processing control, and offers functions such as automatic ignition and shutdown program control, automatic combustion control, automatic switching and control of the circulating pump, and automatic fault handling and alarm.
【Structural Features】
The boiler employs a wet-back, three-pass internal combustion structure, with a top header pipe at the boiler's top. This effectively prevents direct flame radiation to the rear wall, increases the radiant heating surface area, and enhances the boiler's thermal efficiency.
2. Operates under micro-positive pressure, effectively enhancing the combustion intensity in the furnace, resulting in a smaller volume for boilers of the same capacity and improving their thermal efficiency.
3. Utilizing EDA technology, we meticulously calculate the furnace structure dimensions and flue gas flow rates, ensuring optimal use of flame and flue gas heat exchange for reliable boiler operation and thorough cooling.
4. Utilizes condensation technology to effectively reduce the temperature of exhaust smoke.
5. Employed reasonable structural design and superior fire-resistant and thermal insulation materials, significantly reducing the surface temperature of the furnace, keeping it below 50 degrees Celsius (exceeding national standards), and minimizing heat loss.
6. Featuring a new design that reduces harmful emissions during fuel combustion, particularly nitrogen oxide emissions, it meets the national low nitrogen emission standards.
