The hot-dip aluminum-zinc steel plate alloy coating consists of approximately 55% aluminum, about 43.5% zinc, and about 1.5% silicon, forming a dense quaternary crystalline structure. This crystalline structure acts as a barrier on the steel plate, effectively preventing corrosive factors from penetrating. It boasts excellent corrosion resistance, heat resistance, and heat-reflective properties.

Hot-dip galvanized products feature:

1. Corrosion Resistance: Aluminum-zinc coated steel sheets exhibit excellent corrosion resistance under various environmental conditions.

2. Heat Resistance: Aluminum-zinc coated steel can be used continuously at temperatures up to 315°C.

3. High Reflectivity: With a reflectivity coefficient of over 60%, it can lower indoor temperatures in summer, making it a barrier against heat.

Available grades include: Low-carbon steel DX51D, DX52D; Gapless atomic steel DX53D, DX54D; Structural steel S350GD, S450GD, S550GD, LG550GD.
