详情描述
Metal culvertThe corrugated steel pipe sections are formed by rolling 2.5-7.0mm thin steel plates into waves, which enhances the rigidity and resistance to axial pressure. These sections, when used to construct culverts, are known as corrugated pipe culverts. To prevent corrosion, the internal and external surfaces of the corrugated pipe sections and the fastening bolts are treated with hot-dip galvanizing, with an average zinc coating thickness of ≥63μm. Compared to reinforced concrete pipe culverts, corrugated pipe culverts offer advantages such as thinner sections, lighter weight, ease of transportation and storage, simple construction methods, rapid assembly, and shorter construction periods. The corrugated pipe culverts can be assembled into any desired length as needed, and sections can be disassembled and relocated for construction elsewhere. In areas lacking sand and stone materials or with low soil bearing capacity, the superiority of corrugated pipe culverts is even more pronounced. These culverts are flexible structures with certain seismic resistance and the ability to accommodate significant settlement and deformation.
