CGM Ultrafine Grout Material

Product Description:

CGM Ultra-fine Grouting is a new generation of inorganic rigid ultra-fine grouting material, meticulously produced through special equipment using high-strength ultra-fine cement, expansive agents, slag, and various additives.

I. Product Advantages:

1. Non-toxic, odorless, and non-polluting to groundwater and the environment, it is an environmentally friendly grouting material.

2. The slurry exhibits no shrinkage upon curing, boasts high stone strength, excellent durability, no aging, and superior anti-seepage properties.

The slurry has good fluidity, with a specific surface area of over 800 m²/kg and an average particle size below 5 μm, thus exhibiting high stability and injectability.

4. Slurry solidification time: adjustable according to engineering requirements.

5. The slurry construction process is simple, easy to operate, and suitable for large-scale use.

Scope of Application:

Grouting of dam body and foundation cracks in hydraulic engineering projects.

2. Constructed an underground waterproof curtain to intercept water sources of seepage, achieving overall anti-seepage and leakage sealing.

3. Enhance the mechanical strength of soft soil and rock, repair concrete structures, and restore their integrity.

4. Correct the cracking and tilting of dams and high-rise buildings caused by uneven settlement due to unstable strata.

5. Underpinning grouting reinforcement for road, bridge, and runway foundations.

6. Pre-treatment for various underground construction excavation, as well as wall stabilization, water stopping, and leakage prevention during complex stratum drilling in geological drilling operations.

7. Stabilization of sand layers in complex strata and consolidation of clayey soil layers.

III. Technical Indicators:

1. The physical properties of the injection material (measured at 21°C) can be processed into ultra-fine cement grouting material according to the special requirements of the customer.

2. The net paste strength of the grouting material is comparable to that of cement under different water-cement ratios. The fluidity and permeability of the grouting material increase with the increase in water-cement ratio, but the setting time extends accordingly, and the strength decreases as the water-cement ratio increases. Therefore, under the premise of meeting the construction requirements, it is advisable to minimize the water-cement ratio.


Packaging and Storage:

Packaging: 40 kg per bag, shelf life: 6 months

Store in a dry, well-ventilated room. Keep bags sealed and protect from moisture and freezing.

V. Usage Instructions:

For spaces of varying sizes, soil geological conditions, different grouting foundation requirements, and different strength index specifications, determine the appropriate water-cement ratio (contact the manufacturer for water addition), mix using an electric mixer until uniform, and then pour the slurry into the injection barrel.

2. Align and secure the injection tube mouth with the pre-fitted injection nozzle on the foundation, connect the injection power supply, and open the valve to start the grouting process. Control the grouting pressure within a certain range (usually between 0.1-0.5 MPa). The required grouting pressure varies depending on the foundation conditions and water-cement ratio. Excessive pressure may cause cracking during grouting and prevent even penetration. Insufficient pressure may not allow penetration into fine spaces.

3. Seal the grouting holes after the grouting is completed.

When the area of grouting is large, segmented grouting can be adopted.

Six: Cautionary Notes:

Materials must be mixed with a high-speed mixer (1500 rpm) for at least 5 minutes. During the casting process, a low-speed mixer should also be used to prevent settling.

2. Ultra-fine cement grouting material is a grouting material based on cement. During use, it is essential to wear gloves, protective eyewear, and dust masks, as well as a work uniform, to prevent eye and skin burns.
