Ceramic Wear-Resistant Elbows Available for Customizationφ22 - φ8000 in various sizes, ceramic wear-resistant elbows have a steel pipe outer layer and alumina inner layer.

Ceramic wear-resistant elbows are made using self-propagating high-temperature synthesis.Shrimp paste, made by centrifugal method, is joined by rice noodles.

Curves with a radius greater than 1.5 times the pipe diameter are classified as bends, while those with a radius less than 1.5 times the pipe diameter are known as elbows.

Ceramic composite bends are a type of pipe that combines ceramics with metals organically to form composite pipe materials.The ceramic composite elbow combines the high hardness of alumina, excellent chemical inertness, and the advantages of steel, featuring superior wear, corrosion, heat, and thermal shock resistance as well as mechanical impact resistance.

Inner rubber desulfurization pipeline functional features: abrasion-resistant; impact-resistant; corrosion-resistant; strong temperature adaptability, etc.

Ceramic Wear-Resistant Elbows — Wear-resistant lined steel pipes for the conveyance of ore slurry in mining, concentrate, and tailings; ash conveying pipelines in coal-fired power plants; and liquid transportation pipelines containing solid particles in chemical systems.

The KMTBCr28 dual-metal composite wear-resistant elbow boasts excellent impact resistance, metal bonding properties, and thermal shock resistance. The bonding surface between the two metals is completely metallurgical, ensuring safety and reliability. Both metals have similar thermal expansion coefficients, preventing any expansion and cracking. The elbow's outer wall is made of steel pipe, while the inner lining is lined with ultra-hardness wear-resistant alloy. This product combines the wear and corrosion resistance of high-alloy products with high mechanical properties and excellent impact resistance.

Excellent thermal and corrosion resistance — The matrix of super-hard alloy materials possesses strong thermal and corrosion resistance, demonstrating excellent corrosion and wear resistance under high-temperature or corrosive environments. In a humid state, with the combined action of corrosive media and particle erosion, the use of cast super-hard wear-resistant alloys is highly suitable; whereas, in dry conditions where abrasive wear is the primary mode of failure, a super-hard wear-resistant alloy material that can be heat-treated to obtain a martensitic matrix is preferred.

5. Easy Transportation, Installation, and Use - The double metal composite wear-resistant pipe can be connected using flanges, quick connectors, or direct welding. Moreover, due to its high impact resistance, the composite pipe can be freely struck or hammered during pipeline system maintenance when local blockages occur, and it can also be easily cut, removed, welded, installed, and repaired.
