Turn on the switch inside the electrical control cabinet, the power indicator light illuminates, and the hoist is powered on.

Select the automatic gear (the automatic/manual self-locking knob on the floor-to-second-floor control panel prioritizes manual), and choose the floor mode you need to operate.

3. Place the goods on the import/export roller conveyor line and ensure that the photoelectric switch can detect them.

4. The goods are automatically conveyed 10 seconds after photoelectric detection.

5. The countdown begins after the goods are delivered to the floor; if the photoelectric detection fails to detect the goods for 10 seconds, the next shipment will commence.

6. After the hoist is used, it should be unplugged if not in use for a long time to prevent affecting the electrical lifespan.

Manual:

Turn on the switch inside the electrical control cabinet, the power indicator light illuminates, and the hoist is powered on.

2. Select manual transmission (the auto/manual self-locking switch on the first to second floor control panel prioritizes manual), and choose the floor mode for the operation needed.

3. Operations are achieved through the up, down, enter, and exit buttons.

Emergency Stop:

Press the emergency stop button to activate the hoist's sound and light alarm in case of an emergency.

2. Once the sound and light alarm is activated, it should be addressed promptly. If the issue persists for an extended period, switch the unit off to the OFF position.

After confirming the fault is resolved, rotate the emergency stop button to reset, press the emergency stop reset button and reselect the mode.

Four: Operation Precautions:

During the operation of the hoist, it should be confirmed that there are no goods or foreign objects inside the hoist elevator.

2. In the event of an emergency with the hoist, immediately stop and record the process prior to the occurrence.

3. When switching to manual, the manual operation takes effect after the automatic program returns to its original point.

Ensure the stability of goods during transportation, check that no items fall out of the pallet when picking up, and strictly prohibit carrying people on the pallet.
