This series of equipment achieves sealed effluent discharge, solving the issue of secondary pollution during wastewater discharge from underground structures. 4 Non-Clogging: Equipped with a solid-liquid separation device, the pump impeller does not come into contact with debris, preventing entanglement and clogging, thereby extending its service life.

6 No Sediment, No Cleaning Required: Our unique backwashing device effectively cleans the sediment inside the tank at any time, ensuring the tank remains automatically clean with no sediment buildup, thereby avoiding daily cleaning.
7 Control Methods: Utilizes liquid level float ball automatic control, equipped with audio-visual alarm for over-limit water level, and manual/automatic operation functions.
8 Equipment Configuration: Includes the housing, pump, inlet and outlet pipes, solid-liquid separation unit, rubber sealing strips, fasteners, emergency drain valve, outlet pipe and pipe fittings, spherical check valve (cast iron), control box, base, and accessories. The equipment's inlet and outlet pipes are connected using flanged joints.
The 9 equipment water tanks are made of 2.0mm thick 304 stainless steel, featuring a lid with a handle and a latch for easy inspection and maintenance.
10 Control System: The main components inside the intelligent control box are from Schneider, with the cabinet made of 201-grade stainless steel.
11 Equipment Assembly Requirements: Welded joints and installed welding areas should be firm, smooth, and aesthetically pleasing, free of defects such as false welding and open joints. Weld slag and flux should be cleaned thoroughly. All connection points should be secure and reliable, with no loose fasteners. All pipes, electrical components, and wiring should be arranged neatly and logically.
