Integrated oil separator lifting equipment has broken the traditional manual oil sludge removal operation, integrating automatic slag removal, oil separation, and wastewater lifting into an intelligent oil separator slag removal lifting mode. Equipped with an intelligent electric control system, the equipment greatly realizes the automation of slag removal, oil separation, and wastewater lifting with unmanned operation, achieving energy saving, stability, and convenience. This equipment is a highly efficient environmental-friendly product, and can also be customized according to customer requirements to meet the actual needs of different users, creating a favorable living atmosphere for a wide range of customers. The integrated oil separator lifting equipment consists of five parts: slag removal, oil separation, oil removal, oil treatment, and sludge lifting and discharge. According to the user's requirements, additional features such as temperature control heating and air flotation can be added.

Working Principle:

When kitchen grease and wastewater flow into the grit removal area, the solid suspended matter in the wastewater (such as vegetable leaves, rice, and broken bones, etc.) is automatically intercepted and contained in the grit filter basket.

Waste water is transferred to an oil-separation isolation zone after slag removal. Utilizing the pressure of incoming and outgoing water, the specific gravity of oil and water, and the ingenious oil-separation structure, the oil naturally stratifies and floats to the top of the separator tank. The oil is then drained into waste oil drums using an oil-separation device installed at the site. These drums must be cleaned or replaced regularly by personnel. During winter or when temperatures are low, to prevent the separated oil from solidifying and clogging, a temperature-controlled heating (optional) device is set up in the oil-separation isolation zone. When the temperature falls below the set value, a temperature sensor sends a heating signal and automatically heats up to prevent the oil from solidifying into lumps, making it easier to drain.

After removing oil contamination, the wastewater enters the lift station via the slow flow plate, and the specially designed internal circulation pumps (with mutual backup) automatically discharge it to the outdoor municipal pipeline under the control of an intelligent electrical control system.

8. Floating Device: Generates microscopic bubbles within the container, which combine with oil droplets to form oil-gas particles, enhancing the density difference between oil and water, thereby improving the oil-water separation efficiency.

9. Sludge Discharge: The oil sludge can be easily discharged through the mud valve at the bottom of the container, making maintenance convenient.

10. Control System: Equipped with an intelligent control system, the equipment operates through smart programs, featuring alarm and operational indication functions. It also allows for reserved remote monitoring signals to be connected to the equipment control room.
