Recirculation pump

A circulating pump refers to a pump used in the device to transport circulating fluids for reactions, absorption, separation, and the regeneration of absorbent liquids. It has a low head and is solely used to overcome pressure drops in the circulating system. A low-head pump can be used. The term "circulating pump" refers to the function of the pump, while "centrifugal pump" refers to the structure of the pump; they are two entirely different concepts. A circulating pump is a pump that circulates water, such as the hot water in heating pipes, which is circulated by the circulating pump.

Features of Recirculating Pump Unit:

The circulating fluid, used for conveying reactions, absorption, separation, and regeneration of absorbent liquid in the unit, is pumped by a pump. Generally, a single-stage centrifugal pump is used. The flow rate of the circulating pump is moderate, and the flow rate of the pump varies little under stable operating conditions. Its head is low, merely used to overcome the pressure drop in the circulating system. A low-head pump can be employed.
