Custom vacuum-formed inserts are made by engineering molds according to the customer-provided drawings, with the requirement to cut the required products using the finished molds. Especially for products requiring multi-layer lamination, all materials are transported to the adhesive workshop for assembly, with individual products fixed on a platform. The platform is coated with adhesive, allowing the products to be securely fixed. For screen printing, simply change the screen mesh, print the design, and then remove the product. Therefore, if the material is too thin, there may be stretching. For products that require screen printing patterns, they are taken to the workshop for printing, with colors as per customer request. After the vacuum-formed packaging inserts are assembled, they can be packaged into bags.
