A steam autoclave is a large pressure vessel used for the steam curing of aerated concrete, fly ash bricks, and coal ash bricks, where the hydrothermal reaction of CaO-SiO2-H2O is completed within the autoclave. It is also widely used in the production of other projects requiring pressure steam production processes.
There are many classifications of autoclaves, which can be divided into through-type autoclaves and end-type autoclaves based on the number of doors. The end-type autoclave, also known as a single-end door autoclave, is a product with a cover installed at one end that our company has meticulously researched and designed by absorbing both domestic and international technologies and adhering to domestic pressure vessel standards. It facilitates the hydrothermal reaction of CaO-SiO2-H2O during pressure steam curing of materials such as insulation materials, rubber products, cement, and aerated blocks, all within the autoclave.
The structure of the end-type autoclave is extremely simple, consisting of the autoclave body, lid, valve instruments, and supporting accessories. Inside, it is lined with steel rails and steam distribution pipes. Throughout the research and production process, we always prioritize customer needs, adhering to the principle of customer-centric thinking. We have specially designed a sealed steam-proof shield and a condensate shield inside the autoclave body, significantly extending its service life. Its reasonable design and advanced production technology make it widely applicable in industries such as high-strength gypsum, rubber products, high-strength glass, wood, and chemicals.
