Elliptical inflatable core mold
Egg-shaped inflatable core mold production features
1. Scientific and rational design
2. Utilizing rubber inflatable core molds, both pre-fabricated or cast-in-place finished components meet design requirements, with simple operation, labor and time-saving, and material-efficient. Particularly, it resolves the construction challenge of not being able to enter the component to remove the mold in smaller cavities.
3. The airbag mold has excellent aging resistance and a long service life.
4. This product is initially synthesized using chloroprene rubber, natural rubber, and nylon fabric, followed by vulcanization processing. It boasts excellent anti-burst strength, elasticity, and flexibility, as well as resistance to high temperatures and good release properties. It fully meets the construction environment under various conditions.
5. Wide temperature range applicability
At -10℃ to +90℃, the material remains unchanged. Prestressed hollow concrete components, due to the use of airbag molds, are 25% lighter than non-prestressed solid components, providing favorable conditions for on-site construction lightening. This thus reduces the weight of the upper structure of the building, allowing for shorter pile foundations and increased spans. The on-site construction is simple and safe.
6. Simple, safe, and hygienic construction techniques
When using the airbag mold, apply a release agent to the surface and conduct a leak test on the airbag mold (this is very important; if a leak is discovered during the concrete pouring stage, the components will be damaged). After no abnormalities are found, pull the airbag mold into the steel cage and inflate it to the working pressure. Once the concrete is poured, deflate the airbag mold and remove it when the concrete begins to set. This completes the formation of the finished product without polluting the environment.
Inflatable core mold storage and maintenance
1. After using the inflatable core mold, clean it with clear water. If there are areas stuck with cement that cannot be washed off, carefully scrape them with a wooden board or a scraper to prevent damaging the mold.
2. If the inflatable core mold is not in use temporarily, it should be coated with talcum powder on the outer surface and placed in a well-ventilated and dry area to prevent piercing the core mold.
3. The inflatable core mold must not come into contact with fire sources, oils, or organic solvents, and should not be placed with sharp or hard objects to prevent puncturing the core mold.
4. If a leak is found in the inflation core mold, abrade the surface at the repair point with an emery wheel or wood file, clean it with gasoline, and then apply adhesive to cover with a patch or adhesive tape.
