Connect the distributor to the cylinder, open the valve of the CO2 cylinder, and adjust the outlet pressure of the CO2 pressure gauge to around 0.2 MPa. Adjust according to the brewery's requirements or the source material specifications if necessary.
2. After adjusting the pressure, press the distributor handle to pour the wine. Please do not drink from the top cup; let the wine flush the tube.
Power on the device, turn on the machine, and allow it to cool. Place the wine within 2.5 hours when the ambient temperature reaches 25°C.
When pouring, tilt the glass and position the inner rim close to the pour point to allow the beer to flow down the glass wall.
