Following the completion of the greenhouse project, the warranty terms and scope are as follows.

Engineering follow-up visits and maintenance are an extension of the entire project quality. After the project is completed and handed over for use, it is necessary to investigate and understand the quality of the project, the requirements of the owner, and promptly address any discovered quality issues to ensure quality post-completion services.

Warranty Duration and Scope

(1) Warranty Coverage: As the main contractor, our company will be responsible for the warranty of the entire project. For the self-construction part, our company will carry out the warranty tasks. For the subcontracted work, the company will organize and督促 subcontractors to perform the warranty tasks.

(2) Warranty Period: Implemented in accordance with the Ministry of Construction's Order No. 80 of 2000, "Regulations for Quality Warranty of Residential Building Engineering."

(3) Routine site visits are conducted at least once a month within the warranty period of the project, and upon receiving a maintenance notice from the construction unit, we promptly arrive at the site within two days to understand the situation and carry out the necessary repairs.

(4) During site visits or maintenance: The production department establishes a maintenance visit card for this project, arranges a visit schedule based on the situation, and determines the visit date.

(5) Repair personnel are dispatched by the company, and the project manager is responsible for the repairs. The repair personnel carry out the repair work as specified in the repair tasks. Upon completion of the repair tasks, the repair personnel return the repair order confirmed by the owner to the engineering department.
