Its entire operation process involves blending granular feed with moisture content exceeding 15%, which is transferred from the storage bin to the feeding auger. The speed ratio of the variable electromagnetic speed motor is adjusted to achieve the appropriate raw material flow rate. The mixture then proceeds to the mixing unit, where it is heat-treated by blending rods with steam. If necessary, sugarcane molasses or vegetable oils are added to the mixing drum along with steam for heat treatment. The addition of vegetable oils generally does not exceed 3% to prevent difficulties in shaping. After heat treatment, the temperature of the blended granular material can reach 64-85°C, with an environmental humidity of 14-16%. Subsequently, the mixture passes through a chute, where it can be processed by an optional magnet separator to remove iron slag from the granular material. It then proceeds to the granulating chamber.
