After obtaining the permit to enter the production area for liquid ammonia vehicles, inspect that the tank trucks are equipped with qualified flame arrestors, fire extinguishers, and grounding wires. Enter the loading site along the designated route. After the tank truck is positioned, park and turn off the engine, remove the ignition key, and the driver leaves the cabin. Secure the wheels, ground the tail end, and the driver and escort personnel must wear hats and work clothes to enter the unloading waiting area.

4. Inspect the liquid ammonia unloading process from the railcar and the status of all valves, particularly ensuring that the valves before and after the valve are in the open position.

5. First, the unloading crew checks and confirms that the metal flexible hose and both ends are intact, then connects the tanker with the metal flexible hose properly, ensuring that the interface components are securely fastened and will not come loose.

6. Connected the fixed static grounding wire to the tank truck, ensuring proper grounding. Secured the wheels to prevent the vehicle from sliding forward or backward.

Ensure that the nearby fire hoses and other fire-fighting equipment are in working order, so that rescue operations can be carried out in case of emergencies.

Maintain constant communication via walkie-talkies (explosion-proof models) and the control room.

If the temperature exceeds 35°C, strictly adhere to the relevant regulations for unloading during summer.

Ensure thorough inspection and documentation of metal hoses before unloading. Immediate halt unloading if any issues or defects are found in the metal hoses, and report for repair or replacement.
