What is the process for obtaining qualifications?

Step 1: Identify the qualifications pre-applied for by the company, research the corresponding professional qualification standards, and determine the required professional certifications and number of personnel for the applied qualification items.

Step 2: Organize a statistics of the current staff's professional certifications and quantities, determining the gap between the actual certifications and the standard requirements.

Step 3: Supplement the missing personnel certifications through part-time outsourcing and staff training methods, and record all personnel into the company's social security system.

Step 4: Purchase and activate the Enterprise version of the "Password Manager" and set up the Construction Committee qualification application backend. Also, complete the preliminary registration procedures for construction engineers.
