City-level departments, Tianfu New Area of Chengdu, Eastern New Area of Chengdu, High-Tech Zone of Chengdu, all districts and counties (cities), and all relevant units:

To implement the requirements of the "Notice on Further Promoting the Sound and Healthy Development of the Real Estate Market" regarding "limiting housing prices, defining quality, and competing for land prices," and to further clarify the quality standards for newly constructed residential buildings, the Municipal Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau, in conjunction with the Municipal Planning and Natural Resources Bureau, has formulated the "Technical Management Regulations for New Residential Buildings in Chengdu (First Edition)." The regulations have been approved by the municipal government and are now being issued.

Effective immediately, residential projects for commercial use in the newly acquired construction land within our city's central urban area will be governed by this technical regulation. Other districts and counties may refer to this technical regulation to establish relevant measures suitable for their respective regional development.
