These symbols represent various types of wires. The B series is categorized as textile wires, hence the prefix 'B'. The voltage is 300/500V. Wires are divided into electromagnetic wires and general-purpose insulated wires. Insulated wires are also known as textile wires.
Insulating wires, also known as cloth-covered wires, are wires that are coated with an insulating layer, including various connection and installation wires.
V stands for PVC, which is polyvinyl chloride, or (plastic).
L is the code for aluminum core.
T stands for copper-core (usually omitted).
R stands for (soft), to achieve softness is to increase the number of conductors.
BV Copper Core Polyvinyl Chloride Insulated Wires
BLV Aluminum Core Polyvinyl Chloride Insulated Wires
BVR Copper Core PVC Insulated Soft Wires
Above wire structure: conductor + insulation
For example, take 2.5mm²:
BV is 1 wire with a diameter of 1.78mm and 7 wires with a diameter of 0.68mm.
BLV is a 1.78mm diameter wire
BVR is 19 wires with a diameter of 0.41mm.
RV Copper-core Polyvinyl Chloride Insulated Soft Wires
It is softer than BVR, or 2.5 is 49 strands of 0.25mm copper wire.
Copper-core PVC-insulated PVC-sheathed flexible connecting cables
The RV is equipped with an additional plastic sheath.
Additionally: Our commonly used "sleeve line"
BVVB Copper Core Polyvinyl Chloride Insulated Polyvinyl Chloride Sheathed扁平Cable, essentially two BV wires enclosed in a single layer of white sheath
