I. Product Introduction and Application This product is a vertical CNC machining center with direct connection and semi-closed loop control for X, Y, and Z axes. All three axes feature ball screw linear guides, which offer high load capacity, wide span, and high precision. The linear guides for the three axes are 35mm in diameter. The structure and dimensions are compact and reasonable. The spindle is driven by a servo motor via synchronous belts, enabling single setup for various盘类, 板类, 壳体, 凸轮, 模具, and other complex parts. The A-type bridge-type columns and internal grid-like ribs effectively guarantee rigidity and precision during powerful Z-axis cutting. The base components are cast using resin sand molds and are heat-treated for long-term stable performance of the machine tools. 2. The guide rails for X, Y, and Z axes are all HIWIN brand linear ball guides from Taiwan, featuring fast speed, high rigidity, low friction, low noise, and minimal temperature change. Combined with automatic forced lubrication, they enhance the precision and lifespan of machine tools. 3. The standard configuration of the Z-axis employs a weightless structure for high-speed rapid movement; the Z-axis drive motor is equipped with an electrical power brake feature; (optional additional weighting blocks for balance, ensuring smooth and stable movement of the spindle box) 4. The X, Y, Z axes use high-precision, high-torque internal circulation pre-tensioned ball screw with large lead, ensuring high feeding speed. The driving motor is directly connected to the screw via an elastic coupling, and the feeding servo motor transmits power directly to the high-precision ball screw, eliminating backlash to guarantee the machine tool's positioning accuracy and synchronization. 5. Utilizing a high-speed, high-precision, and high-rigidity spindle unit, it boasts strong axial and radial load-bearing capabilities, with a maximum Z-axis speed of up to 10,000 rpm. 6. The spindle features a central blowing structure, which quickly cleans the spindle cone with high-pressure gas during spindle knife release, ensuring the precision and longevity of the tool holder. 7. The X, Y, Z three-axis guideways and screws are equipped with protective devices, ensuring the cleanliness of the screws and guideways, thereby guaranteeing the transmission precision and service life of the machine tool. 8. The machine tool exterior protection features a full-coverage structural design, offering easy operation, safety, reliability, and an aesthetically pleasing appearance. 9. Utilizes a reliable centralized automatic lubrication system, providing timed and precise intermittent lubrication to various lubrication points on machine tools. The lubrication time can be adjusted according to the working condition. 10. Equipped with a 16-blade magazine (standard configuration) produced by a Taiwan professional manufacturer, the knife change is accurate, quick, and efficient. It has passed over one million operation tests, meeting reliability standards; features a damping structure to reduce shock during movement, ensuring the longevity of the magazine; pneumatic drive for easy operation, and Z shortest path for knife change. 11. Equipped with an oil-water separator, it can separate most of the collected lubricating oil from the coolant, preventing rapid deterioration of the coolant and benefiting environmental protection. 12.
