There are many things to consider when purchasing a second-hand tempered glass furnace, mainly focusing on four aspects:
1. The market situation for your glass products, the condition of your own products and customers, as well as the equipment of surrounding competitors, what type of tempering furnace is needed, the quality requirements for flat bending tempering, and processing dimensions.
2. The quality of second-hand tempered glass furnaces is primarily determined by the rationality of the equipment design, whether it is from a reputable brand manufacturer, the usage years, and the strength of the manufacturer. Powerful manufacturers naturally have fewer issues in actual manufacturing and installation, while small manufacturers, piecing things together, struggle to ensure comprehensive reliability. Additionally, are the electricals and other hardware configurations all brand products, with usage years, and currently in normal operation? How is the equipment's pre-maintenance situation? Have there been any major accidents?
3. Our factory's configuration, primarily including whether the electrical supply is sufficient, generally requiring transformers over 315KW, with larger equipment potentially needing 630KW or even above 1000KW, and whether the surrounding environment and internal dimensions of the factory are suitable.
4. In charge of the installation and debugging of second-hand tempered glass furnace equipment, as well as the personnel allocation and training for future production, it is essential to have more knowledgeable individuals for the relocation and debugging of the old equipment. There is a need for repairs and even modifications in many areas. Products made by knowledgeable technicians using new and old equipment are indistinguishable.
