The concept of preloading a water bladder may sound simple: just place a preloading bag at the top of the bridge and fill it with water. This is just the outcome, but the process is crucial; if not done properly, the consequences can be severe.

The following is a general procedure for pre-compression water bags:

1. On-site investigation at the pre-pressure site is crucial, aimed at understanding the environmental conditions, the pressure per square, the size of the pre-pressure water bags, and the construction of the supports.

2. The preparation of the preloading plan and the quotation should be based on the results of the on-site survey, determine the pricing for the corresponding plan, and submit the plan to the construction contractor. The preloading plan should then be finalized based on the actual conditions.

3. Production of pre-compression water bags and supports has confirmed the pre-compression plan, i.e., the contract signing. The next step is to produce a pre-compression water bag, with construction personnel assembling the supports according to the agreed schedule.
