Thermal Oil FurnaceThe severe impacts of scaling are generally categorized into the following four points:
Thermal oil furnace heating surface has decreased thermal conductivity, resulting in fuel waste.
2. Due to surface damage, the heat conduction oil furnace experiences increased temperature differences between the two heated sides, leading to higher metal wall temperatures and reduced strength. Under the pressure of the pot's internal pressure, the metal walls bulged and pipes burst.
3. Reduce the output of the thermal oil furnace. After scaling, it reduces the flow cross-sectional area within the heating tubes, increases the resistance to internal water circulation, disrupts the water cycle, hinders internal heat transfer, and decreases the evaporation capacity, leading to a decrease in output.
4. The coal economizer, water-cooled wall, convective tube bundle, and drum of the corrosion-resistant heat transfer oil furnace, etc., affect safety and shorten the lifespan.
