1. Paint Peeling: This may be due to an overly smooth surface or insufficient alkali soaking of the product, or simply poor paint quality, which can cause the paint to flake off. For small areas, sandpaper should be used to grind off the peeled paint, followed by a fresh coat. For large areas, consider if the alkali soaking was not thorough or if the paint quality is compromised. In such cases, a new alkali soak or purchasing high-quality paint is necessary, and then repainting must be done.

Paint Bubbling: Firstly, puncture the bubbles. If water comes out, it indicates moisture has渗入 beneath or behind the paint layer. Exposed to the sun, the water evaporates into steam, causing the paint film to bubble up. At this point, use a hot air gun to remove the bubbled paint, allow the product to dry naturally, then apply a primer, and repaint the entire repaired area.

3. Cracking: This situation usually requires the removal of the paint with a chemical paint stripper or a hot air gun before repainting. If the crack is not extensive, sandpaper can be used to sand down the paint on the cracked area, smooth the surface, and then repaint.

4. Paint Run-off - If the paint is applied too thickly in one coat, it can cause run-off. You can open the spray gun while the paint is still wet. If the paint has started to dry, wait until it is completely dry, then sand the surface smooth with sandpaper, clean the surface thoroughly, wipe it with a damp cloth, and repaint.

5. Lack of Luster: The reason for the loss of shine is the absence of primer or applying paint directly on wet primer. This results in the topcoat not absorbing properly and losing its luster. Quality issues with some glossy paints can also be a cause. The solution is to sand off the old paint using a dual-purpose sandpaper, brush away the dust, wipe the surface clean with a damp cloth, and then repaint once completely dry. Pay special attention that in very low-temperature environments, the paint film will also lose its luster upon drying.

6. White Discoloration - When painting in conditions of low temperatures or high humidity, the paint is prone to discoloration. To address this, first, add anti-whitening agents; secondly, increase the temperature in the spray booth and reduce humidity.

Product shows granules after painting; primary cause is dust in the paint booth environment, ensuring cleanliness is crucial; also, excessive air pressure can cause paint to bounce back onto the product surface, forming granules. Solution for the latter is to adjust the pressure to between 0.4-0.6 MPa.

8. The paint surface of the orange peel product forms an uneven texture resembling the peel of an orange, which is due to: 1) poor paint leveling; 2) rapid curing of the paint; and 3) moisture in the air.
