This newly invested factory embodies not only a pursuit of technological innovation but also a profound commitment to environmental protection and production philosophy. The core highlight of the factory lies in the introduction of two top-tier domestic automatic digestion production lines for calcium hydroxide, representing the highest level of technology in the industry. From the automatic feeding of raw materials to the precise processing of products, the entire production process is fully controlled by computers, enhancing production efficiency and ensuring the accuracy of every operation. This highly automated production method allows the production lines to run continuously for 24 hours, bolstering the stability and continuity of production capacity. Specifically, these two advanced production lines can produce over 21,600 tons of ultra-fine, high-purity hydrated lime (calcium hydroxide) per month. These products, renowned for their quality and wide application, play a crucial role in industries such as construction materials, environmental protection, and agriculture. Additionally, the factory is equipped with one HC1700 Raymond mill, which, with its energy-saving features, can produce an extra 3,500 tons of high-quality lime powder per month, further enriching the product line and meeting the diverse market demands. To ensure product storage and smooth logistics, 18 finished product warehouses are meticulously planned within the factory, with a total storage capacity of approximately 3,000 tons. These warehouses are not only scientifically and reasonably designed but also equipped with advanced temperature and humidity control systems to maintain product quality during storage. Moreover, the company understands that product quality is the foundation of survival and development. Therefore, a comprehensive and strict product quality inspection system has been established, complete with professional inspectors and state-of-the-art testing equipment.
