The raw material used for the hard alloy, its grade, as well as its physical and mechanical properties, and the gold content should comply with the relevant standards.
2. Blanks should not have burrs or sharp edges deeper than 0.33mm.
3. The raw surface must not have peeling, blisters, delamination, cracks, pores, overburning, or underburning defects.
4. The cross-section of the rough casting should be uniform and consistent, without any black heart, bubbles, laminations, cracks, severe carburization, decarburization, or poorly compacted areas.
