Tungsten carbide nozzles are made with Zhuzhou Diamond and Xiamen Jinlu tungsten carbide, offering advantages such as high-temperature resistance, corrosion prevention, wear resistance, strong stability, high luster, and long service life. They are widely used in high and low-pressure cleaning, high-pressure spraying, and high-pressure spray drying applications.
Nozzles are designed to operate under various different spray conditions, thus selecting the appropriate nozzle for the specific need ensures optimal spray performance during use. The characteristics of nozzles are primarily reflected in their spray types, which include fan-shaped, conical, liquid column (i.e., jet), air atomized, and flat nozzles. Among the conical nozzles, there are two main categories: hollow and solid. The Venturi nozzle (i.e., mixing and blending nozzle), strong cold (hot) air blowing nozzle, and specialized nozzles (such as garden, container washing, pipe cleaning nozzles, etc.) are named to indicate their operational performance.
