Monitor pole products must be designed in accordance with the relevant specifications. As a manufacturer of monitoring upright poles, we are here to introduce the design specifications of monitor poles to give you a better understanding.
Material: The raw material for the monitoring rod steel is a world-standard low silicon, low carbon, high-strength Q235 steel, with wall thickness ≥4mm and bottom flange thickness ≥14mm.
Design: Structural calculations for the monitoring pole and foundation structure, with the appearance shape confirmed by the client and the manufacturer's structural parameters, designed for seismic resistance of 6 levels and wind resistance of 8 levels.
Welding Process: Electro-welding should be used, ensuring the entire rod is free of gaps, with smooth welds and no welding defects.
The spraying process: after galvanized and passivated treatment, the adhesion of the spray paint is excellent, thickness ≥ 65μm. The spray paint uses high-quality imported plastic powder. Compliant with the d3359-83 standard.
The Rod Perception: The design and scale meet user requirements, featuring a smooth and harmonious shape, being aesthetically pleasing and generous, with even coloration, and the steel pipe diameter selection is reasonable. The monitoring rod has an octagonal pyramid structure with no deformation or distortion in the octagonal pyramid rod. The rod's roundness is standardized at 1.0mm or less. The rod surface is smooth and uniform, with no transverse welds. The blade scratch test (25×25mm square grid) shows a strong adhesion of the spray coating, which is not prone to peeling off. The rod is sealed and the top is wrapped to prevent moisture and air from entering, ensuring reliable waterproofing measures.
