The porous plate, also known as the honeycomb plate, in dust removal equipment is a crucial factor in determining the structural dimensions of pulse bag dust collectors. The round holes on the plate are used to secure the filter bags. If the center distance between the holes is too small, it can lead to an excessively high cross-sectional air velocity inside the dust collector (also known as can velocity), increased resistance, and difficulty in dust settling during cleaning. It may also cause friction between the filter bags, shortening their lifespan. Conversely, if the center distance is too large, it will increase the volume of the dust collector and waste more steel. Therefore, it is essential to reasonably determine the center distance size of the filter bags.

The确定the baffles size is determined by the blowing capacity of the pulse valve. One pulse valve is paired with one blowing tube, and the number of dust collector bags that can be blown by one blowing tube, denoted as n3, and the longitudinal center distance L1 between the bags, depends on the specifications of the pulse valve. The lateral center distance L2 of the filter bags depends on the specifications of the filter bags. For example, using a 3″ submerged electromagnetic pulse valve to blow φ160×6000mm filter bags, n3 is 16, L1 is 250mm; L2 is 230mm. The net distance between the filter bags is 70mm.

The ceiling panel not only bears the weight of the filter bags and cages but also withstands the gas pressure within the deduster, thus requiring sufficient rigidity. Any slight deformation could affect the sealing effect between the filter bags and the ceiling panel holes. The steel plate thickness of the ceiling panel is generally 4-6mm, mainly depending on the number of deduster filter bags suspended within the filtering chamber. To enhance the ceiling panel's rigidity, reinforcing ribs should be added. The surface of the ceiling panel should be flat and smooth, without any warping or unevenness, with the planarity deviation not exceeding 2/1000 of the ceiling panel length. The processing of the ceiling panel holes should be done through punching or plasma cutting, with gas cutting not permitted. The tolerance for the diameter d of the ceiling panel hole fixed by the elastic expansion ring for the filter bags is...
